UBC offers an AnyConnect VPN.

Similar to WiFi IPs, all VPN assign public IPs, which rDNS resolve to host\d+-\d+.vpn.ubc.ca. We can find all VPN IPs by looking at the rDNS records of UBC announced prefixes.
